These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Bidwal-Chand Ventures LLC (“Almaree,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Almaree, you agree to these Terms.


1. Eligibility

Almaree is available to users located in the United States.

You must be at least 18 years old to sell items on Almaree.

Users under 18 may browse and make purchases only with appropriate supervision.


2. Marketplace Role

Almaree is a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers.

  1. Almaree is not the seller of listed items
  2. The purchase contract is between the buyer and seller
  3. Almaree manages payments, dispute resolution, and payouts


3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  1. Maintaining accurate account information
  2. Safeguarding your login credentials
  3. All activity under your account

We reserve the right to:

  1. Suspend or terminate accounts
  2. Remove listings
  3. Restrict access


4. Listings & Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

  1. Provide accurate descriptions and images
  2. Disclose any flaws or defects
  3. Ship items within 3 business days

Failure to ship within the required timeframe may result in:

  1. Order cancellation
  2. Refunds to the buyer
  3. Account action


5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

  1. Pay the listed price
  2. Pay applicable taxes and shipping fees

Almaree collects payment on behalf of the seller.


6. Fees

Almaree charges a 20% commission on the item price (excluding tax and shipping).

This fee is deducted before seller payouts are issued.


7. Shipping

  1. Sellers must ship items within 3 business days
  2. Shipping labels are provided through the platform
  3. Tracking is automatically updated when the item is shipped

Buyers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.


8. Returns & Disputes


Buyer Protection Window

Buyers have 3 business days after delivery to report an issue.

If no issue is reported within this period:

  1. The order is considered final
  2. The seller’s payout will be released

Disputes

If an item does not meet expectations, the buyer must initiate a dispute through Almaree within the 3-day window.

Almaree will review the claim along with any supporting evidence.

All decisions made by Almaree are final.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only approved if the item meets the criteria outlined in our Buyer Protection Policy.

In general, a return may be approved if:

  1. The item is significantly not as described
  2. The item has undisclosed damage
  3. The incorrect item was received

Returns will not be approved for:

  1. Minor imperfections consistent with preloved items
  2. Fit or personal preference issues
  3. Conditions clearly disclosed in the listing

Approved Returns

If a dispute is approved:

  1. Almaree will issue a return shipping label
  2. The buyer must use the provided label
  3. The buyer must ship the item within 3 business days

If the item is returned:

  1. The buyer will receive a refund
  2. The seller will not receive a payout

If the item is not returned within the timeframe:

  1. The return will no longer be eligible
  2. The order will be finalized
  3. The seller will receive full payout

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent outside of Almaree’s process, including those not using the provided return label, are not eligible for refunds.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Almaree reserves the right to deny refunds if:

  1. The item is returned damaged
  2. The item is altered or worn beyond original condition

Final Authority

Almaree reserves the right to:

  1. Tetermine eligibility for returns
  2. Approve or deny disputes
  3. Enforce all return-related policies


9. Payouts

Seller payouts are:

  1. Released after the 3-day inspection window
  2. Or after dispute resolution

Payouts are processed through Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

Almaree may delay or hold payouts in cases of:

  1. Disputes
  2. Fraud review
  3. Policy violations


10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  1. List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
  2. Misrepresent products
  3. Engage in fraud or abuse
  4. Create fake accounts
  5. Manipulate transactions or reviews


11. Off-Platform Transactions

For safety and security reasons:

Users may not:

  1. Take transactions off Almaree
  2. Request or send payments outside the platform

Transactions conducted outside Almaree are:

  1. Not protected
  2. Not eligible for support or dispute resolution


12. Platform Enforcement

Almaree reserves the right to:

  1. Remove listings
  2. Suspend or terminate accounts
  3. Reverse transactions
  4. Hold funds

This may occur if we detect:

  1. Suspicious activity
  2. Policy violations
  3. Potential fraud


13. Intellectual Property

Users may not post content that:

  1. Infringes on intellectual property rights
  2. Violates trademarks or copyrights

Almaree may remove such content without notice.


14. Limitation of Liability

Almaree is not responsible for:

  1. User-generated content
  2. The condition or authenticity of items
  3. Actions of buyers or sellers

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Almaree harmless from:

  1. Claims arising from your use of the platform
  2. Violations of these Terms


16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes with Almaree will be resolved through binding arbitration in California.

You waive the right to:

  1. Jury trials
  2. Class actions


17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
